Local-first
The app works WITHOUT an account — your entries are stored only in your browser and sent nowhere. Cloud sync happens only after you sign in yourself.
What we process
• Email — when you sign in, to create your account. • Diary data — buys/sells, theses, notes, conviction scores — synced to the cloud only when signed in. • Push endpoint — only if you enable trigger notifications. • Usage stats — anonymous traffic analytics.
Why, and on what basis
We process data to run your account and cloud sync (performance of a contract), to send the notifications you opt into and power the AI assistant (your consent), and to understand overall usage (legitimate interest). We make no profit guarantees — this is a diary tool, not investment advice.
Who we share with
• Supabase — database and sign-in (EU region). • Vercel — site hosting and anonymous analytics. • Anthropic (Claude) — only if you use the AI assistant; it receives your position facts, thesis and question. Anthropic is in the US; the transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses, and per their terms API data is not used to train models. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep cloud data as long as you have an account. You can delete it at any time (below). Local data you can clear yourself via the browser or by signing out.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase ("be forgotten"), port your data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate, vdai.lrv.lt).
How to exercise them
• Portability: on the Journal page, click "Backup" for all your data as a file. • Erasure: use "Delete account & data" below — all your cloud data is permanently removed. • For anything else, email viskontas.min@gmail.com.
Cookies
